- Establish a professional and personalized contact with our existing customers
- Update files, analyze and target customer needs
- Take your advisory role to heart and support your client in his decision-making by giving him advice adapted to his situation
- Management and processing of renewals
- Comply with Gold Standard Insurance's internal procedures as well as the ethical obligations of a damage insurance broker
- Seize opportunities to develop new business for new clients and solicit all complementary policies from existing clients
- Comply with CHAD (UFC) training requirements

- Hold a valid certificate issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers as a personal-lines damage insurance broker.
